Alt-Vehicle Expo will be from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Nov. 5 on thelower level of Monona Terrace. The event is free and open to thepublic, and will feature hybrid electric, plug-in electric andbiofuel-powered cars and trucks, plus electric motorcycles andscooters. The latest technology will be showcased from companiesincluding Smart USA, Columbia ParCar Corp., Toyota , Honda and Volkswagen .
