Seeking to reduce the significant delays wind projects in Massachusetts are facing from permitting appeals, legislation is pending in Massachusetts to reform the permitting process for inland wind power projects. This legislation is intended to support the Patrick Administration’s objective of 2000 MWs of installed wind power by 2020.
