The Department of Energy has issued several important documents in furtherance of its Loan Guarantee Program. This Alert discusses the “Renewable Solicitation,” which proposes to provide funding for loan guarantees for projects that employ innovative energy efficiency, renewable energy and advanced transmission and distribution technologies.
