There is a proposal on the table in Cayuga County which could result in a 40 mile pipeline full of alternative fuel. It would be provided by the area’s numerous farmers. But just how it will all work is drawing a number of questions. Our Amanda Kelley joined us from Auburn, where a meeting on the proposal was held Tuesday evening.
