SAN JOSE, Calif., June 17 /PRNewswire/ — SoloPower, a Silicon Valley-based innovator of thin-film solar photovoltaic (PV) cells and modules, today became the first US manufacturer of flat-plate, CIGS-based (copper-indium-gallium-selenide) PV modules to have its product certified under the ANSI/UL 1703 standard.
